  1. Viewfinder eyepiece: also called the viewfinder, which functions to see the object being shot.
  2. LCD monitor: functions to display captured images, live view, various setting menus, or videos in shooting mode.
  3.        Playback button: functions to display the photos taken.
  4.        Menu button: to display the settings menu.
  5. Thumbnail/playback zoom out button/Help button: serves to display the index display. In addition, this button can function to reduce the image display in image playback. Another function is to display help info if the 'help' icon is displayed in the lower left corner of the monitor.
  6. Playback zoom in button: to magnify the image display (zoom) in image playback.
  7.      Information edit button: double press to change settings on the camera.
  8.      Delete button: button to delete photos that have been saved.
  9.      Speaker: to make sound when we play back the video that has been recorded.
  10. Memory card access lamp: when this light is on, it means that data is being transferred on the memory card. Do not open the card slot cover, or remove the battery while this is happening.
  11.      OK button: button to select settings.
  12.      Multi selector: buttons for up-down, and right-left settings on the menu.
  13.      Memory card slot cover: inside there is a place to install a memory card.
  14.      Movie-record button: functions to start video capture.
  15.      Live view switch: press this button to display the subject on the LCD monitor.
  16. Command dial: serves to adjust the options on the menu.
  17. AE-L/AF-L button/Protect button: AE lock functions to lock focus when we want to take several pictures at the same time at the same exposure. AF lock function to lock the focus. Protect button serves to protect the image from being deleted. You do this by selecting the image that we want to protect, then press this button.
  18. Diopter adjustment control: functions to adjust the level of clarity in the viewfinder. Rotate right or left until all the AF points on the viewfinder look sharp.
